What is the fascia, and why is it so important?

The fascia is the fabric that holds us together, helps with our stability and movement and is crucial in recovery from injury and disability.

What I want to express is the importance of looking after our skin with gentle stimulation and the fact that everything can be regenerated with the correct stimulation, especially if we have had an injury, surgery or radiation/ chemotherapy treatments.
