Welcome to my Thoughts
Im told that a good blog requires you to stimulate the reader with information, then backing up your claims and information by linking them to a professionally written article to prove that someone else agrees with what you say.
Well, for all of you who know me already, you will understand that I see bodies and their ability to enjoy life in a very unique way SO I have decided that my blogs will be different in the fact that they will reflect the knowledge and insight I have gained from working on hundreds of bodies in millions of various states of physical, emotional and spiritual dis-repair.
I am very blessed and grateful to be working for the last 16 years in a job that I absolutely love. I am passionate about allowing the body to be a fully natural healing entity. I teach clients of all ages how to get the best from their individual and unique body type.
This is what I share and teach each and every client that engages in my treatment sessions.
‘Our body has an intelligence we are only just beginning to understand and yet we already know ourselves so intimately from the time of our conception and birth. We are the only ones who really understand ourselves completely.’
I’ve also had the pleasure of working on some very refined, elite, athletic bodies who’s depth of physical awareness is extraordinarily advanced.
The one thing that I see as a common thread in many who come for my treatments is a physical disconnection between their minds and their bodies. People appear to loose their ability to listen to their natural physical warning systems. These natural physical warning systems come free as part of our human makeup yet we look towards outside information to get our diagnosis. In so many ways Google is a wonderful tool, but its also completely taking away our ability to think for ourselves intuitively.
Each body has its very own personality and this is the part I enjoy discovering most of all when I’m working in a treatment session. If your body is screaming at you through the message of pain, headaches, stiffness and swelling or allergies then its time to start listening. Life doesn’t need to be a sentence of confusion, pain and repetitive survival.
Love your body enough to have a conversation with it every night.
‘Hey body, how you going tonight ? You did well today ! Thanks.’
Watch out! It may just speak back to you !
